ENROLMENT PROCEDURES

Admission is open to all Indonesian and expatriate students. We encourage visits to the school. 

Because we understand our international family movement patterns we take enrollment throughout the year. The general enrolment procedure involves the following steps: 

School Visit

 -         Meet the Admission Head to discuss the enrolment procedures and any opportunity to ask any questions

-          A chance to meet Principal and/or teachers

-          Tour our campus and facilities

 Application Procedures

1. Download the application form / Do it at his online enrollment

-          For Printable Version ( click here) ( click here ). Print, then complete and either post to The Bellezza Permata Hijau, 3rd Floor, Arteri Permata Hijau No.34, Jakarta 12210, or fax to 62-21-5366.4849 

2. If you wish, after you download the file, you can fill it in and send it back as an attachment to one of the above email addresses. 

3. Please send Application and Student Health Forms ( click here) ( click here ).

4. Please send the following with the above forms:

5. 6 (six) recent 3x4 cm color photographs with red background. The student must wear a white shirt. Other documents are:

-          1 (one) copy of student birth certificate

-          1 (one) copy of student’s report card from previous school attended

-          1 (one) copy of parents/guardian identification card (for Indonesian student)

-          1 (one) copy of current passport and KITAS of both parents and student (for expatriate only)
